It was unclear how the image was created; users on social media have <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/adamcurtisbroll\/status\/1963082368182280473\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">speculated<\/a> that the image of the &#8220;model&#8221; was <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/peoplehateadsx\/status\/1963251804822524090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/internpierre\/status\/1963264711115337986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">generated.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A representative for Shein did not say how they believed the image was created.<\/p>\n<div class=\"nlp-ignore-block article-content rich-text\">\n<aside class=\"promo-link\">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nxsmediawire.com\/news\/telltale-signs-of-ai-generated-images-video-and-audio-according-to-experts\/\" class=\"promo-link__link\" target=\"&quot;_blank&quot;\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n\t\tExperts reveal the telltale signs of AI-generated images\t<\/a><br \/>\n<\/aside>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe image in question was provided by a third-party vendor and was removed immediately upon discovery,\u201d a Shein spokesperson wrote in a statement obtained by Nexstar\u2019s WPIX. \u201cWe have stringent standards for all listings on our platform. Mangione has pleaded not guilty to state and federal charges. He is currently being held without bail in a Brooklyn detention center.<\/p>\n<p>The killing of Thompson, who led one of the biggest health insurers in the U.S., resulted in a vast outpouring of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/unitedhealthcare-delay-deny-depose-insurance-online-criticism-2d9c9a1a2a551876e72a11a93fc7624c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">public frustration<\/a>&nbsp;with the country&#8217;s health care system. Many Americans reacted to the shooting by relaying personal stories about difficult experiences with insurance companies.
